Responsibilities & Duties: 
Website: 

• Develop, install, configure, and manage VIN’s websites. 
• Manage DNS and maintain MySQL database using cPanel (backup, database replacement). 
• Conduct website optimisation for improved SEO. 
• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot servers. 

Social & Online Media: 

• Develop and maintain VIN’s social media and online channels. 
• Promote VIN’s work through social media platforms. 

Reporting: 

• Monitor and analyse online performance metrics such as traffic and conversions. 
• Gather relevant data and analytics for reporting and decision-making purposes. 

Workplace IT: 

• Manage domain-specific email using Office 365. 
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot various office-related tasks, including Outlook configuration, printers, Wi-Fi, and MS Office package support. 
• Resolve computer-related issues. 
   

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer Science. 

Experience: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). 

Technical Skills: 
Must-have: 

• Proficiency in WordPress. 
• Familiarity with cPanel. 
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. 
• Experience in website optimisation and web security. 
• Understanding of SEO principles. 

Desirable: 

• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools. 

Languages: 

• Advanced level of proficiency in written, reading, and spoken English. 
• Advanced level of proficiency in writing, reading, and spoken Nepali.
