Experience with editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
Good understanding of short-form ad style, pacing, hooks, and retention
Ability to work with UGC and product-focused videos
Experience with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) is a plus
