Job Description
- Edit and retouch images and videos received by Ukaalo from various sources (news agencies or correspondents) as per the advice of the news desk.
- Design graphics, animations, and other visual elements for necessary content.
- Editing news bulletins or podcasts recorded in Ukaalo's studio.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure all video content aligns with our brand message and values.
- Should be able to use Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage video archives and ensure all video content is properly tagged and organized.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing and graphic design.
Job Specification
- 2+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases storytelling capabilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. • Excellent knowledge of video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments on tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
