Key Responsibilities
UK Admissions Targets & Conversion (Primary Role)
● Counsel students on UK study options, courses, universities, and career pathways.
● Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs.
● Plan and execute intake-wise targets and recruitment activities.
● Track leads, conversions, and enrollments to achieve outcomes.
● Optimize counseling strategies to strengthen conversion rates.
Team Leadership
● Lead the UK admission team to ensure quality service and performance.
● Oversee application and documentation from inquiry to submission with accuracy and
compliance.
● Guide and conduct interview preparation classes, mock sessions, and feedback.
● Provide training, direction, and ongoing performance support to team members.
Branding & Content
● Create branding videos and educational content for social media on studying in the UK.
● Represent the company with credible and professional communication.
Client Communication & Compliance
● Maintain clear and timely communication with students and parents.
● Address queries and provide regular updates throughout the process.
● Follow the company code of conduct, ethics, and confidentiality standards at all times.
 

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree completed.
● Experience in UK counseling, admissions, and documentation.
● Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
● Target-driven, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset.
