• Providing professional and quality counselling and enrolling students for various study abroad destinations
• Interpret and explain college and university policies and procedures, academic information, application and VISA process to the students during counselling sessions
• Identify options for students to satisfy degree requirements; evaluate and make recommendations in the institution abroad for preferred program of study and assist students in completion of admission process
• Maintain proper records of the students. their pipeline status and regular follow up
• Record maintenance on the daily basis for timely reporting to the immediate supervisor/ HOD
• Supporting centers and sub-agents in the study abroad processing as and when required
• Coordinate with the academic department to ensure the status of the currently enrolled students in various programs for the further process of counselling
• Develop relationships with the universities, institutes, both existing and new, to capitalize the mutual interest of recruitment and revenue

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related field).
• Additional certification in counselling, career guidance, or education consultancy is an advantage.

Experience:

• Proven experience in student counselling, preferably in the education consultancy or study abroad sector.
• Experience in handling student applications, admission processes, and VISA lodgment.
