• Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to clients.
• Handle inquiries related to flights, hotels, tours, visa assistance, and travel services.
• Conduct corporate visits and develop business relationships with companies and organizations.
• Identify new clients and generate sales opportunities through direct marketing and networking.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals according to client requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Maintain proper records of client communications and bookings.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and travel exhibitions when required.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism services.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in travel sales or tourism industry is preferred.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in travel and tourism will be an advantage.
