Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of territory and monitoring SCF (Sales correction form) and taking care of collection and payment of outstanding
Develop new collection centers and manage existing collection centers and other infra.
To provide support to the existing branches like marketing support and brand building activities etc.
To engage franchisee partners to make them target-oriented.
Having market awareness & market intelligence and service improvement suggestions to superiors.
Intra-department coordination for the smooth running of territory.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in the related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
Excellent people management skills
Outgoing and with outstanding customer service skills
Good command of oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of FMCG and/or Alco-beverage business.
