Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote educational programs and services.
• Clearly explain program offerings, benefits, admission requirements, and pricing structures.
• Collect and update lead information, including name, academic qualifications, and contact details.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for the counseling or admissions team.
• Follow up with interested leads consistently to convert them into enrolled students.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions in CRM or lead tracking tools.
• Support marketing campaigns by assisting in webinars, promotional events, and field marketing activities when necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to ensure seamless communication and lead handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and confident phone manner.
• Proven ability to persuade and convert leads into customers or appointments.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Google Forms, and CRM tools.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated throughout the calling process.
• Professional appearance and polite communication style.
