Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Tele Sales & Revenue Generation (70%) – Core Responsibility

  • Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls

  • Pitch products and services effectively

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales

  • Follow up on leads and prospects

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain call records, lead tracking, and basic sales reports

2. Customer Coordination (5%)

  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups

  • Handle basic customer queries

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth communication

3. Office & Sales Support (5%)

  • Prepare basic sales documentation

  • Coordinate internally regarding orders and follow-ups

  • Support the sales team in routine operational tasks

4. Social Media Lead Handling & Engagement (20%)

  • Respond to messages and comments on social platforms

  • Support lead generation through social media

  • Coordinate basic posts and promotions

  • Convert social media leads into tele sales opportunities
