Working hours: Shift 1 (7 AM to 3PM) & Shift 2 (3PM to 11 PM)
Salary Range: NPR. 12,000 – 15,000 + communication allowance + lunch (when at office)

• Customer Interaction, handling on-demand live chats and support tickets requests based on assigned level, providing top-notch support to our valued customers
• Problem Solving using your expertise to diagnose and resolve issues, making a real difference in our customers’ experiences
• Regular monitoring and pre-empt actions to ensure smoother functioning of the overall structure
• Regular periodic updates as assigned by the team lead

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn (no prior experience required);
• Basic understanding of web hosting concepts (Knowledge of cPanel is a plus);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Eagerness to expand technical knowledge and skills.

• Passionate about making a positive impact in the industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with at least 50 WPM for typing speed (word per minute)
• Interest in web hosting and website development
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously
• Effective team player
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances
