Job Description
  • Act as the initial point of contact for surveillance system-related concerns for customers. Provide technical assistance to customers, employees, and installation staff.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues over the phone or through remote access. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to technical problems.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our surveillance products and services. Stay updated on the latest technologies and applications in the video surveillance/CCTV industry.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical training to the sales team and customers as needed. 
  • Document all work within the company’s ticketing system. Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Job Specification
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Surveillance Products.
  • Intermediate communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Understanding of computer hardware and software. Familiarity with installing and configuring operating systems and applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide prompt and effective customer service and technical support. 
  • Should have the knowledge of MS-Office.
  • Must have Two-Wheeler License (Prefer own vehicle).
