Job Description
Act as the initial point of contact for surveillance system-related concerns for customers. Provide technical assistance to customers, employees, and installation staff.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues over the phone or through remote access. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to technical problems.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our surveillance products and services. Stay updated on the latest technologies and applications in the video surveillance/CCTV industry.
Provide product demonstrations and technical training to the sales team and customers as needed.
Document all work within the company’s ticketing system. Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Job Specification
High School Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Surveillance Products.
Intermediate communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Understanding of computer hardware and software. Familiarity with installing and configuring operating systems and applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to provide prompt and effective customer service and technical support.
Should have the knowledge of MS-Office.
Must have Two-Wheeler License (Prefer own vehicle).
