Working hours: 9.30 to 5.30 PM (during training period) [Shift time: 7 AM to 3PM or 3PM to 11PM]
Salary Range: NPR. 15,000 – 20,000 [CTC] + lunch (when in office)
 

The position will see individual work primarily for the brand Babal.Host – interacting and helping solve customer issues while also converting sales mainly via live chat.

• Take incoming live chat requests on brand website (ensuring response time is within 30 seconds between messages on average after training period)
• Knowledge of cPanel, domain name and hosting structure and how things work
• Working knowledge on programming language – PHP (Alternatives: Python, Node.js)
• Confidence to handle outgoing phone calls for service renewal reminder or other basic communications
• Respond to basic queries received via support ticket
• Blog writing specific to current IT trends, tutorial or other relevant topics
   

• Minimum of Bachelors’ degree in IT or management
• Desire to work/stay in Nepal
• Good communication skills with fast typing speed
• At least 6 months experience in Information Technology field
