Conduct proactive talent searches and engage in candidate sourcing strategies
Assist in creating and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and job agencies.
Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collect and evaluate feedback from interviewers to assist in the decision-making process.
Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding their application status.
Ensure timely communication with regarding the feedback and follow-up
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, including candidate profiles, sourcing channels, and recruitment metrics.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, such as existing vacancies, time-to-fill the vacancies and source effectiveness.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Management with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good personality and Outspoken.
Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent presentation skills.
