• Provide in-depth counselling to students and parents regarding Frameboxx courses and career prospects in the creative industry.
• Evaluate students' interests, goals, and strengths to recommend suitable training programs.
• Assist students throughout the admission process, including document collection, fee structure explanation, and enrollment.
• Ensure a smooth, timely, and efficient admissions experience.
• Engage with prospective leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to support conversions.
• Deliver up-to-date information on industry trends, job roles, and growth in Animation, VFX, and related fields.
• Build strong and trustful relationships with students and parents.
• Represent Frameboxx at education fairs, seminars, school visits, and webinars.
• Plan and conduct career guidance sessions and student information workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and progress using CRM tools.
• Gather and report feedback from students and parents for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams to align efforts.
• Maintain ongoing communication with enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about all Frameboxx course offerings and industry updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling, education consultancy, or admissions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Empathetic, proactive, and student - centre approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
