- - Ensure that goods are stored according to the warehouse layout and in good condition.
- - Sort and label goods as needed.
- - Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- - Oversee electrical, structural, plumbing, and other maintenance works.
3. Activity Report:
- - Record every purchase, sale, sales return, and purchase return transaction in the activity report.
- - Submit activity reports to management daily.
- - Analyze activity reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Labour Wages Report:
- - Calculate labor wages based on their weekly activity.
- - Ensure accurate recording and timely submission of wage reports every week.
5. Goods Inspection:
- - Ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are in good condition.
- - Receive incoming shipments and verify products against supplier packing lists.
- - Coordinate with vehicle drivers and laborers to ensure efficient unloading.
- - Perform quality checks on products received and dispatched.
6. Inventory Management:

8. Communication:
- Inform salespeople about new arrivals at the warehouse.
- Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.
