Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
2. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
3. Address queries and resolve complaints, or escalate when needed
4. Maintain strong knowledge of products, offers, and store policies
5. Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
6. Support inventory checks and report stock issues
7. Process sales through the POS system accurately
8. Handle cash, card payments, and maintain billing accuracy
9. Participate in daily opening and closing store procedures
10. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
11. Maintain records and submit daily/weekly sales reports
12. Collect customer feedback to support business improvements
13. Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
14. Ensure secure handling of products and store assets
Requirements
1. High school graduate or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
2. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus
3. Fluent English communication skill (a second foreign language, such as Chinese or
Japanese, is a bonus)
4. Familiar with POS systems and basic transaction handling
5. Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work flexible hours
6. Team player with organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Efficiency in using technology
8. Able to suggest new ideas and strategies for store improvement
