Job Description
- Handles expenses and billing cycles
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
- Entries related to billing/stock transfer.
- Reconciliation of stock, both physical and in system
- Involvement in Administrative activities such as fuel management, petty cash, Rent/electricity/water bills
- Support in new construction activities.
Job Specification
- +2 in management with 2 years of experience is preferred in related field
- Strong Attention to detail is required
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft office package, email and accounting package
- Own vehicle and license are must.
