Working hours 8 hours a day, 48 hours a week

• Generate invoice and mail the invoice to the different clients
• Maintain documents of the transactions.
• Supervise and review for discrepancies of the transaction. 
• Petty Cash Management.
• Prepare Reconciliation report
• Prepare payment report and receivable report (weekly basis)
• Prepare VAT/ TDS report and submit to Head Office
• Maintain/ Update ledger as of all the branches
• Vendor payment management.
• Prepare a recovery report for collection.
• Monitor/Review for discrepancies during invoicing daily
• Weekly/Monthly receivable planning for collection
• Timely expenses booking and review monthly.
• Supervision of regular follow up for payment with credit clients
