Role Overview:
The Social Media Operator will manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring regular content updates and audience engagement. This position requires the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the Base teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly Report to the Social Media Manager, providing weekly updates on social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to ensure timely delivery of visual content for social media platforms.
- Follow up on social media inquiries and ensure prompt responses to followers, maintaining a high level of engagement.
- Maintain consistent communication with the marketing team to ensure the alignment of social media activities with overall marketing goals.
- Ensure timely scheduling and posting of pre-approved social media content, adhering to a consistent content calendar and International celebrations and events.
- Be a team player by supporting colleagues in cross-departmental projects and campaigns.
- Exhibit punctuality and discipline in managing social media activities and meeting posting deadlines.

Working Hours:
- Saturday to Wednesday: 10:45 AM to 7:45 PM (Including Break Time)
- Thursday: 10:45 AM to 3:45 PM
Holidays:
- As notified by official memo
- Dashain: 3 days
- Diwali: 2 days
