• Develop and create engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and website.
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute content ideas, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
• Assist in planning and producing video content for our upcoming YouTube channel.
• Research trends, hashtags, and relevant content ideas that can increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Help edit, proofread, and publish content to ensure accuracy, style consistency, and alignment with our brand voice.
• Analyze content performance and help suggest adjustments to maximize engagement and reach.

Requirements:

• Strong writing and communication skills in English; fluency in Nepali is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Basic photo and video editing skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and an interest in the floriculture industry.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
