Job Description
  • Publish and Schedule timely uploads of content in all social media platforms including uploading photos in our official website, and other e-commerce platforms such as Daraz.
  • Creating, scheduling, and posting content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Uploading content on official websites and e-commerce platforms such as Daraz.
  • Track social media metrics and generate regular reports on performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Help organize and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
  • Create content for informing customers with information about loyalty programs, promotions, product launch and other store happenings.
  • Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics) for social media, website, emails, and ad campaigns.
  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Plan and direct photoshoots and video shoots, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with models, influencers, and customers to generate authentic UGC (user-generated content) that aligns with our travel, food, and adventure niche.
  • Record voiceovers to accompany videos, adding personality and storytelling elements.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
  • Participate in photoshoots and video campaigns, capturing behind-the-scenes content and other engaging clips.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.
Job Specification
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media management for lifestyle or fashion brands (bonus points for outdoor or activewear brands).
  • Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and short-form video creation.
  • Solid skills in photography, videography, and editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).
  • A natural storyteller with a passion for the outdoors and fashion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in creating Reels and Going Live in Instagram and Tiktok Platforms.
