- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for the company’s multiple product lines and services, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across platforms.
- Create captivating and innovative content for various social media channels, with a particular focus on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Utilize exceptional research abilities to identify current trends, viral content, and emerging topics relevant to the company’s niche, ensuring that content remains fresh, appealing, and timely.
- Demonstrate video and photo editing skills to produce high-quality and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Manage and moderate social media accounts, actively responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, while maintaining a positive and engaging online presence.
- Analyze social media analytics regularly to track the performance of posts and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, platform updates, and emerging trends to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Act as the company’s brand ambassador on social media, showcasing an outgoing and confident personality that builds genuine connections with the audience.
- Interact with followers in a personable and approachable manner, encouraging conversations and fostering a sense of community around the brand.
- Support in managing social media accounts for clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring content and strategies to suit their individual goals.
- Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and collaborating with influencers who align with the company’s values and target audience.
