Job Description
- To attend the showroom visitors/customers and deliver superior customer service.
- To arrange display in showroom as directed by Manager.
- To demonstrate product in accordance with procedures.
- To answer customer inquiries with regard to product specifications, pricing and payment methods.
- To ensure that the showroom is kept neat and clean.
- To set up advertising display in proper manner.
- To provide discount as per the given structure.
- To register sales and maintain sales details on daily basis.
- To keep records of customer information for customer call reports.
- To monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
- To maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- To provide timely feedback to the immediate supervisor regarding the showroom sales condition.
- To initiate an order for replenishment of the goods in a timely manner.
- To deal with the customers complain and improve performance accordingly.
- To manage external PR and communicate for contracts.
- To generate reports on monthly basis and provide to management.Â
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree preferable.
- Proven 2 experience as Showroom Sales Executive or Managerial level.
- Knowledge of Sales Management.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management.
- Neat, tidy and pleasant personality.
- Ability to convince customer and respond to customers’ queries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
