Job Description (JD):

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally inside the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, marble, granite, and sanitary products

• Explain product features, pricing, quality differences, and benefits clearly

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Maintain attractive product displays and overall showroom presentation

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock availability and delivery

• Maintain proper customer records and sales reports

• Take product photos and videos for social media platforms

• Create and post basic content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Showroom/retail sales (tiles, sanitary, construction materials preferred)

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Good persuasion and negotiation ability

• Basic knowledge of social media handling and content posting

• Basic Canva or simple design knowledge preferred

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software)

• Good presentation and grooming standards

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

• Energetic, creative, responsible, and customer-focused attitude
