Job Description
  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for multiple app and website projects simultaneously.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize user experience and business goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices for consistency across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Job Specification
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for both mobile apps and websites.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
  • Experience conducting and applying user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
  • Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Excellent knowledge of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with developers.
  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing design teams or individuals.
