Job Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LED display systems.
• Lead and manage technical teams during projects and site operations.
• Coordinate with foreign companies/manufacturers for technical support and solutions when required.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to clients and team members.
• Be available for off time/emergency duty when necessary.
• Ensure smooth operation and timely completion of technical projects.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the LED display/AV segment is highly preferred.
• Prior experience who has knowledge of Novastar, Hudiu and RGB Link software
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English for coordination with foreign companies.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage technical issues independently.
• Must own a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel for site work and support.
