Strategically generate, filter, and update databases to identify and target potential clients.
Manage inbound inquiries (calls, emails, messages) related to new or existing services with professionalism and clarity.
Collaborate closely with support and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
Prepare and manage agreements, amendments, proposals, letters, and other formal documentation.
Support timely renewal and updates of service agreements.
Identify, escalate, and report billing discrepancies or issues for quick resolution.
Coordinate with the collection team to ensure timely and accurate payment follow-ups.
Generate and present sales reports, performance summaries, and client-related documentation.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support business objectives.
Job Specification
Prior experience in ISP, telecommunications, or IT-related sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle (Mandatory).
