About the Role
Nex Digital Studio is seeking a Senior Product Designer who can take ownership of Product, improve user flows, and translate product requirements into clear and elegant designs.
You’ll work closely with the product owner and developers who support shaping user experiences that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-focused.

Who’ll you work with
You’ll report to the  Lead and collaborate daily with the product, engineering, and support teams, especially for implementation feedback and customer pain points

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered, intuitive interfaces for various projects
• Build a design system for projects for a cohesive design foundation
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional team members to present ideas and design effectively
• Provide evidence-based design guidance by assessing and validating specific design concepts and solutions with end-users, peers, and client stakeholders
• Present the user interface so that information is easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to find
• Work closely with front-enders, back-enders, and other stakeholders throughout the life cycle of a project
• Facilitate collaborative group activities and/or workshops with colleagues or clients
• Actively provide constructive, actionable critique on the work of others
• Solve problems under their own initiative, and are comfortable with the risk of failure
• Confidently follow a well-established approach to the problem to be solved
• Proactively reach out to support colleagues when they appear in need of help or guidance
• Investigate or seek a deeper understanding of the needs of the users, customers, or audiences of their work
• Supports the ongoing growth of colleagues, through informal, ad-hoc advice sessions and regular catch-ups

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design field
• Experience in delivering multiple design projects simultaneously
• Strong command over design tools such as Figma (or Sketch/ Framer), Photoshop, Illustrator. 
• Familiar with interaction and prototyping tools. For eg. Rive, Jitter, Framer, After Effects, Origami

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with developers in agile setups
• Some frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS) — not required but helpful
