Job Specification:
• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in the travel & tour industry, preferably
handling outbound/international tours
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and team coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, visa processes, and international travel regulations
• Excellent verbal & written communication with a strong command over negotiation and
client relationship management
• Proficient in MS Office and reservation/booking systems (GDS, CRM, etc.)
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to develop new business and partnerships
Job Description:
• Lead the outbound/international tours vertical, overseeing end-to-end tour planning,
package design, and execution
• Develop innovative and high-value international tour packages tailored to various customer
segments (FITs, groups, corporates, etc.)
• Drive sales of outbound packages, contribute to revenue targets, and expand market reach
• Build, manage, and nurture relationships with clients, travel partners, airlines, DMCs, and
other international stakeholders
• Guide and mentor junior tour officers, providing direction on operational processes and
client handling
• Conduct market research and destination/product development to introduce new offerings
and stay ahead of trends
• Ensure seamless coordination of documentation — visa, insurance, bookings, hotel,
transportation etc.
• Resolve complex customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring high customer
satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to plan promotional campaigns and increase
brand visibility in the outbound segment
