Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support management decision-making.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and commercial reports.
• Generate accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.

Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity.

Commercial Operations & Costing

• Work on commercial setup and transaction management.
• Derive operational and commercial costing accurately.
• Formulate pricing structures and support commercial decision-making.
• Manage claims processing, reconciliation, and reporting.

Process Automation & Improvement

• Automate reporting and data collection processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop efficient MIS systems and reporting workflows.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Departmental Coordination

• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Customize MIS solutions and reports based on operational needs.
• Support cross-functional teams with analytical insights and reporting support.

Presentation & Reporting

• Prepare presentations, summaries, and analytical reports for senior management.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Data Security & Compliance

• Ensure data confidentiality and security according to company policies.
• Maintain organized records and reporting systems.

Market & Technical Awareness

• Stay updated with the latest MIS tools, reporting techniques, and best practices.
• Continuously improve reporting standards and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, commercial operations, or data analysis roles.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of commercial transactions and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of pricing formulation, claims management, and cost analysis.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting automation, and data management tools is preferred.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
