Key Responsibilities

• Cyber Security: Develop, implement, and manage robust cyber security policies, incident response plans, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.
• IT Infrastructure: Oversee the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of our network, server, cloud, and data center environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• IT Support: Lead and optimize IT help desk operations, defining service level agreements (SLAs), improving user satisfaction, and driving continuous service improvement.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing team across all three domains, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
• Strategy & Budget: Contribute to IT strategic planning, manage departmental budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and lead key technology projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams (cyber, infra, support).
• Deep expertise in cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and incident response.
• Extensive experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and server administration.
• Proven track record in IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading complex technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable.
