1.Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and Linux-certified Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize our critical Linux environments. This role requires a minimum of five years' hands-on experience, coupled with deep knowledge of legacy Linux systems and various database technologies.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux server infrastructure across diverse environments.
- Perform system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for both modern and legacy Linux systems.
- Provide expert support and administration for MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of all Linux and database systems.
- Develop and implement automation scripts for routine tasks and system provisioning.
3. Required Skills & Experience
- Active Linux certification (e.g., RHCE, LPIC).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Linux infrastructure engineering/administration.
- Extensive knowledge of Linux internals, system diagnostics, and legacy Linux distributions.
- Proven expertise in administering and supporting MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
