Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, NDAs, notices, reports, lease agreements, B2B contracts, investment documents, and other legal instruments.
Prepare, maintain, and update corporate records, including minute books, shareholders' and directors' registers, MOA, AOA, and other statutory documentation.
Ensure timely filing, registration, renewals, licensing, and regulatory submissions with the Office of Company Registrar (OCR) and other relevant authorities.
Conduct labor audits, monitor statutory compliance requirements, and support the implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
Manage legal disputes, arbitration matters, and court cases by coordinating with external counsels, preparing legal documents, reviewing legal notices, and assisting in dispute resolution.
Liaise with external advocates, government offices, regulatory bodies, and law firms to obtain legal support, approvals, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Provide legal opinions and practical advice to management on statutory, contractual, and business-related matters, while identifying potential legal risks and recommending mitigation measures.
Develop, review, and update internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in line with changing legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct investigations into matters that may expose the company to legal or regulatory risks and prepare reports with recommendations for management review.
Conduct awareness sessions and trainings for employees on legal compliance, corporate governance, and risk management practices.

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal practice, compliance, or litigation.
Strong knowledge of Nepalese corporate, labor, contract, and commercial laws.
Experience in dealing with OCR, regulatory authorities, courts, and government agencies.
