Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Lead and manage the entire IT infrastructure of all group companies.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
- Manage on-premises and cloud environments.
- Ensure infrastructure capacity planning and future scalability.
- Standardize infrastructure policies and procedures across all companies.
2. Server & Cloud Management
- Oversee physical and virtual servers, cloud services, and data centers.
- Manage Linux and Windows server environments.
- Implement high availability, redundancy, and failover mechanisms.
- Monitor server performance and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
3. Database Management
- Oversee administration of databases including installation, configuration, backup, and recovery.
- Ensure database security, performance tuning, and high availability.
- Define database governance and disaster recovery strategies.
- Establish database monitoring and capacity planning procedures.
4. Network Management
- Design and manage enterprise network architecture.
- Oversee LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Ensure network security and business continuity.
- Implement network monitoring and performance optimization.
5. Information Security & Compliance
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM).
- Establish incident response and security governance frameworks.
- Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
6. Team Leadership & People Management
- Build, lead, and mentor infrastructure, security, network, and database teams.
- Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities.
- Recruit, train, and develop technical talent.
- Establish KPIs and performance management processes.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
7. IT Operations & Service Management
- Ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems and infrastructure.
- Define SLAs, operational procedures, and escalation mechanisms.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Oversee monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting.
- Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
8. Cost Optimization & Vendor Management
- Identify and implement infrastructure cost optimization initiatives.
- Reduce operational expenditure (OPEX) through automation and process improvements.
- Manage infrastructure budgets and forecast future investments.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Optimize cloud, licensing, and hardware utilization to maximize ROI.
9. Strategic Planning & Governance
- Define the group's long-term infrastructure roadmap.
- Recommend emerging technologies and modernization strategies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Present infrastructure reports, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree in Information Systems, MBA, or related field preferred.
- Professional certifications are highly desirable:
