• Design, deploy, and manage physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux), storage systems, and network architecture.
• Administer and secure LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers, load balancers, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance, conduct traffic analysis, and implement necessary improvements or upgrades.
• Lead server and network hardening, patch management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or others) if applicable.
• Lead major hardware and networking projects such as data center migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and network redesigns.
• Perform root cause analysis for hardware and network failures, resolving critical issues promptly.
• Ensure IT infrastructure is compliant with company policies, standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001), and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, policies, and network maps.
• Guide and support junior network and hardware technicians; oversee their work and provide training where necessary.
• Collaborate with software, DevOps, and security teams for end-to-end system integration.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in networking and hardware infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.), DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Advanced experience with firewall systems (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco ASA), switches, and routers.
• Strong experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), server clustering, and load balancing.
• Experience with enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS), and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with IT security concepts and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Hands-on experience in managing cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Networking) is a plus.
• Excellent documentation, project planning, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher
• CompTIA Server+ / Network+ / Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
