We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with minimum 5+ years of experience in flutter to join our dynamic software team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to transform ideas into high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure the long-term sustainability of applications.
• Knowledge of Flutter architecture, reusing and customizing modules and packages.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile development and the healthcare sector.
• Contribute to an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work collaboratively with other developers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficient in Flutter architecture, including the reuse and customization of modules and packages.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Bloc), Flutter flavors, and app architecture principles.
• Experience working with large Dart/Flutter codebases (e.g., using Melos) is plus, with strong practices in state management and dependency injection.
• Proficient in navigation management (using auto_route), model generation (freezed, json_serializable), API integration (retrofit, dio interceptors), and code generation tools (mason, build_runner).
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit and widget testing, localization, Firebase services, Analytical tools integration, and CI/CD workflows.
• Skilled in native mobile development; knowledge of Kotlin and Swift is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
