Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
  • Coordinate audits (internal and external) and ensure timely closure of audit findings
  • Handle tax filings, VAT/GST compliance, and statutory reporting
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decision-making
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the finance team, ensuring proper task allocation and performance management
  • Mentor, train, and develop junior finance staff to enhance team capability
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Job Specification

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Professional certification such as CA / ACCA / CPA is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership
