Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Implement CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark (Tier 1 and Tier 2) in a phased rollout
• Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for application deployments
• Support containerized deployments (App Runner, ECS, Docker, Fargate)
• Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch, Prometheus, or similar tools
• Handle routine DevOps tasks: SSL cert management, DNS, IAM, backups, WAF rules
• Ensure documentation and structured handover to in-house DevOps team
• Coordinate closely with developers and QA engineers

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps experience (minimum 3 years in AWS)
• Hands-on experience with CIS AWS Benchmark Tier 1 & 2
• Strong understanding of financial application compliance (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
• Experience with Terraform, App Runner, ECS, CloudWatch, IAM, GuardDuty
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab)
• Experience in secure access controls, least privilege, and encryption best practices
• Excellent documentation and handover communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience using Prowler, AWS Config, or AWS Security Hub
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 documentation and audit processes
• Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, or Helm
• Comfortable with scripting in Bash or Python
