Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Supervise construction activities (hotel & infrastructure)
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors & architects
- Ensure quality, timeline, and compliance
- Support project scheduling & resource planning
- Serve as a member of the PMC board
Technical Responsibilities
- Review DPRs, survey & valuation reports
- Verify quantities & site progress
- Solve technical issues at site level
- Review materials & construction methods
Monitoring & Coordination
- Conduct site inspections & prepare reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders & authorities
- Monitor contractor performance
Cost & Quality Control
- Support cost control & value engineering
- Ensure QA/QC standards
- Assist in procurement evaluation
Leadership
- Guide junior engineers & site supervisors
- Balance management and field roles
- Maintain discipline and teamwork
