Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Registered with Nepal Engineering Council (NEC)

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 10 years experience
• Completed at least 3 major projects (hotel/commercial/infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge in BOQ, estimation, contract management
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel
• Strong leadership, communication & reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Supervise construction activities (hotel & infrastructure)
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors & architects
• Ensure quality, timeline, and compliance
• Support project scheduling & resource planning
• Serve as a member of the PMC board

Technical Responsibilities

• Review DPRs, survey & valuation reports
• Verify quantities & site progress
• Solve technical issues at site level
• Review materials & construction methods

Monitoring & Coordination

• Conduct site inspections & prepare reports
• Coordinate with stakeholders & authorities
• Monitor contractor performance

Cost & Quality Control

• Support cost control & value engineering
• Ensure QA/QC standards
• Assist in procurement evaluation

Leadership

• Guide junior engineers & site supervisors
• Balance management and field roles
• Maintain discipline and teamwork
