• constant engagement with those within the premises and surroundings 
• Supervise and oversees complete security functions in an organization
• Monitoring and authorizing entrance and exit of pupils, materials and vehicles 
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities
• Monitoring and informing violators of rules, procedures , and disciplines 
• Controlling wrongdoers or trespassers from the premises 
• Investigate pupils, students for suspicious activity or possessions 
• Monitoring floor and premises within frequent time interval daily 
• Secure all entry and exits, doors and windows, electricity, fans, water taps, desk, benches and office materials after end of operation daily 
• Monitor and check cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
• Develop and implement preventive measures against accidents, emergency and other risks 
• Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition
• Prepare daily work schedules of security personnel and finding replacements in case of absence
• Maintain and manage all database related to security and daily operation
• Monitoring security personnel behavior, regularity and punctuality

Qualifications 

• Compulsory should be Army personnel 
• Good surveillance skills 
• Should have minimum work experience of 8 years in Nepal Army or equivalent
