We’re looking for a dynamic, goal-driven, and customer-focused Sales Officer to represent our brand in the market. This role is key to driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring our products are well-presented and visible across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through effective supervision of SRs and product visibility.
• Work under ASM’s guidance to implement sales plans and promotional activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Monitor and control sales returns, damages, and expiries.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG products. (Atleast 2 years’ experience as Sales Officer)
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
