Identify and develop new customers including contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, and retail clients.
Promote company products (tiles, marble, granite, sanitary ware, bath fittings).
Conduct regular site visits and showroom visits to generate leads.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for smooth delivery.
Prepare sales reports and submit to management regularly.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction materials or sanitary products).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
