Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional sales targets in line with company marketing strategies
• Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure consistent sales growth within the assigned region
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments; manage overdue accounts
• Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
• Support product planning and evaluate feasibility for new product development

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in sales (preferably hygiene/consumer products)
• Experience with diaper or hygiene brands such as Zuvara, Aiwibi, Babymoon, Cocoonbuds, Mumbuds, 7-Star, Nappy, Sagun, Niine, or similar

Other Requirements:

• Age: 30–45 years
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: NPR 45,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)
