Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for Loksewa, Language courses, and other assigned packages.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to position Ambition Guru’s offerings effectively.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.

Team Management and Coordination

  • Supervise and guide the sales team assigned to non-academic courses.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure the team maintains discipline in lead tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B sales channels.
  • Conduct field visits (if applicable) and explore institution tie-ups for bulk sales.
  • Actively contribute to expanding the language course portfolio through targeted campaigns.

Sales Execution & Monitoring

  • Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of inquiries/leads generated via digital and offline platforms.
  • Drive high conversion rates through personalized sales techniques and storytelling.
  • Set KPIs for self and team and ensure performance is measured and reported accurately.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams for campaign synchronization and course readiness.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Track customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Job Specification

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 46 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in education, ed-tech, or service industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Good understanding of public service (Loksewa) and/or Language education market will be an advantage.
