- To take incharge of Distributor Management.
- To build own sales team according to the requirement.
- To inspect on competitor/ market movement and invlove in building strategic planning.
- To provide and accept the Target of Sales from the management.
- To take report from the sales team and provide sales report on daily, weekly, monthly and quaterly report.
- To take challenge of Sales Volume, Coverage and Collection Target. Accordingly, making an achievement plan with sales team.
- To be aware of the legal obligation to oneself as well as to the team.
- To facilitate team with Off Trade Training to the Sales Team."
