Major Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute sales activities to meet company targets.

2. Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed rentals.

3. Communicate professionally with clients to understand rental requirements.

4. Plan, create, and manage social media posts related to rentals and promotions.

5. Coordinate and maintain effective communication between clients and vendors.

6. Maintain proper record keeping of vehicles, bookings, and rental jobs.

7. Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.

8. Support daily operational and sales reporting as required by management.

Academic Qualification

• Minimum +2 Pass (Management, Business, or related field preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

• Experience in vehicle rental, service-based businesses, or online platforms is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to generate leads and handle customer inquiries confidently.

3. Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

4. Ability to maintain records and handle basic documentation.

5. Coordination skills to manage clients and vendors effectively.

6. Basic computer skills (Email, MS Word/Excel, Internet).
