- Develop and execute EV sales strategies across regions
- Build and manage dealer/distribution networks
- Establish B2B partnerships (fleet, corporate, delivery companies)
- Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers
- Analyze EV market trends, policies, and subsidies in Nepal
- Lead and train the sales team
- Manage sales targets, forecasting, and reporting
