We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This role is key to ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining accurate records, and helping our team deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from the sales team and forward them to the relevant departments.
- Process orders in the system and generate invoices.
- Prepare and submit various reports, including sales reports, sales return reports, stock registers, MTD reports, target vs achievement reports, demand planning, and incentive reports, to business heads.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present them to the Head of Department (HOD).
- Assist in setting sales and coverage targets for the sales team, track market target achievements, and calculate incentives in coordination with relevant authorities and departments.
- Collect POS data, generate reports, and share with concerned stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD.
