Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and target potential B2B clients, build and nurture relationships, and close sales deals.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.

Campaign Management:

• Conceptualize and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, content marketing, and social media initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Brand Development and Management:

• Develop branding strategies to enhance brand equity and recognition.
• Monitor brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive website traffic.
• Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and social media advertising.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track and report on marketing performance.
• Use data analytics to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, B2B, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
