Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and repair routers, IPTVs, STBs, ONTs, and related devices
Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity and hardware-related issues
Repair or replace defective hardware components and perform testing after repair
Utilize repair tools such as soldering irons, DC power supply, DSO, and hot air guns
Conduct routine maintenance of hardware equipment and ensure proper handling of electronic
components
Maintain daily repair logs and prepare technical reports
Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution
Support field-level diagnostics and maintenance activities when required
Ensure compliance with lab safety procedures and operational standards
Stay updated on ISP, IPTV, and related technology trends
Job Specification
+2 or Bachelor’s level/running in Electronics or related technical field preferred
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hardware repair or related field preferred
Good understanding of routers, IPTVs, STBs, ONTs, and related networking devices
Basic knowledge of electronic components and hardware repair processes
Familiarity with ISP and IPTV technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to use repair and testing equipment effectively
Good reporting, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willingness to travel outside the valley when required
